His company has built a strong presence in the Canadian market, alongside its continued growth in Slovakia. He is committed to strengthening the local business environment and actively supports innovation and technological education.

Marián specializes in mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance, advising clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and real estate development.
